Typke & Wicke GbR (safersignup.com) treats all customer data with confidentiality. In particular, safersignup.com does not provide anybody with customer e-mail addresses. The only exception is a case where safersignup.com is required by law to provide customer data.

Terminating the Contract

Both the customer and safersignup.com can terminate their contract with a notice period of 12 months. If the customer has paid for a premium subscription extending beyond those 12 months, the part of the payment that covers the time beyond the notice period is refunded.

Availability and Liability

Safersignup.com aims to make sure that the e-mail forwarding service always works correctly. However, it is impossible to guarantee that there won't be malfunctions which could, among other things, cause e-mails to be delayed, bounced, or even lost. Safersignup.com is not liable for any damage caused by such cases.

Modifications to these Terms of Service

Safersignup.com may modify these terms of service. Customers will be notified of such changes. If a customer does not agree with the new terms of service, he has to terminate the contract. In this case, the old terms of service remain valid until the end of the contract.
